The history of the spa dates back to 1903 when was proved the healing effect of the local sulphuric spring. By and by the former small municipal spa with a building offering 6 bathroom cabins and waiting room became a spa of today´s form.

Spa description
Dudince Spa ranks among the Slovakian regions with the warmest climate. There are 50 summer days with temperatures exceeding 25 °C within a year. Dudince Spa is unique thanks to structure of healing resources which are characterized by se high content of gases as sulphide and carrbon dioxide used in healing of rheumatic and cardiovascular disease as well as in case of thraumatologic conditions and locomotive system operations.
Locality
The spa is situated in the southeastern part of the Central Slovakia in the elevation of 140 m above the sea level.
